Designated agent
What your notice must include
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material on TubeDemo you're requesting to remove, with URLs sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized by the rights owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notices
If you believe content you uploaded was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notice to the same address. Counter-notices must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers under our policy.
